I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic principles, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing, attending to sensation, affect, and relational cues as expressions of unconscious patterns emerging in the present moment.

Through attuned therapeutic presence and gentle nervous-system tracking, the work supports regulation, embodied Self-leadership, and the possibility of new ways of relating to oneself and others

IFS (internal family systems) Level 1 (2024) Level 2 (2025) : I have found this non-pathologising, part-based model really effective for understanding the psyche as an inner system of protective and wounded parts, and facilitating healing through access to the embodied Self’s innate capacity for compassion, clarity and leadership.

NARM (Neuro-Affective Relational Model (2018) : This training helped me work with a developmental, relational approach to trauma that works with the present-moment patterns of identity, agency and connection to resolve survival adaptations without re-entering the traumatic past (Laurence Heller).

Somatic Experiencing (2013-2016) : I have integrated SE as a body based trauma approach to help clients restore nervous system regulation by gently tracking sensations, completing interrupted survival responses and allowing the body to renegotiate overwhelming experiences without re-traumatisation (Peter Levine).

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Dance Movement) at Goldsmiths (Masters 2013-2017) : a training that developed my capacity to read, embody and work with unconscious relational patterns as they emerge through movement, affect and the therapeutic relationship.
