I am registered as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist (DMP) (2013-17) with ADMP and adhere to their Code of Ethics and their requirement of professional insurance and I receive regular supervision.

I am an IFS Practitioner (internal family systems) (2014>), certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) (2013-16) and hold an advanced level training in Laurence Heller’s Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) (2016-18) for specialising in developmental trauma.

Between 2019 -21 - I trained The Waking Dream Process (2019-2021) at CCPE and offer 1:1 and group sessions for dream exploration.

I completed a Family Constellations Therapy training with Nicola Dunn in London (2017-2019) and draw on the systemic and phenomenological practice that works with the ‘knowing field.’ I was taught the constellation does not analyse the system but allows the field to show itself. There are many crossovers with trainings and both IFS and Family Constellations align when addressing legacy burdens or ancestral trauma, which frequently emerges in sessions.

While completing my MA in DMP I gained experience working with individuals and groups at Crisis in Camden, which is a charity that supports people with addiction issues and Solace Womensaid helping women and children survivors of DA and SA (2014-2018).

Some of my work has included co-facilitating retreats at The Long Barn (Hampshire) for over 5 years; Osho, Yoga, Sound Healing and Therapy retreats. I have also been invited to facilitate embodied creative workshops for ‘Be The Earth Foundation’ at 42 Acres (Somerset) and Sen Wellness in Sri Lanka.

I also have a Masters in Fine Art (2010-11) and BA in Philosophy and International Relations (2007-2010), which created the grounds for my approach founded on the study of phenomenology, multiple-perspective thinking, systems thinking, ethical complexity and the healing power of the imagination. All of my various studies has helped me to stay curious and remain open to each encounter and follow the IFS stance that “no parts are bad” and each human is sacred.
